Ipad Disabled not connecting to iTunes

My iPad (bought in December 2021) is disabled for some reason, maybe kids trying to log in too much? I've tried connecting to iTunes and it's not showing up. I need help! I don't see my iPad in my iTunes, even though it's plugged in by USB and I've turned it on and off. I've also tried FIND MY and it keeps saying 'erase pending'.

Troubleshooting a Locked iPad:

Contact Apple support:

If iTunes is of no success, then contact Apple Support.

Apple Contact Info:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there, as necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
