emails from one individual have disappeared

I have received emails from one individual several times in the last few weeks and they have all disappeared, including a reply to an email I sent today. How can I get them back?

We'd be happy to help out. Sounds like you're missing some recent emails.


If you need to recover deleted emails, follow these steps:


"Recover a deleted email

  1. Tap the Back button in the upper-left corner to view your mailboxes, then tap an account’s Trash mailbox.
  2. Tap the email you want to recover.
  3. Tap the Move Message button, then select a mailbox.


Tip: To see deleted emails across all your accounts, tap Mailboxes at the top left, tap Edit at the top of the list, then select the All Trash mailbox."
