i want to purchase apple care for new macbook air I just purchased

I have purchased three MacBook air computers, including the new one apple support doesn't recognize that I have any of them so I cannot purchase apple care for the new MacBook air I just purchased.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.2

Or buy it within 60 days of your Mac purchase:

- On your device (go to  > About This Mac > Support)
- Online (requires you to verify your serial number)
