Unable to update voicemail greeting on iPhone 12 (work phone). Recorded a new greeting and checked that it had recorded, but greeting reverts to previous recording (ex-employee) when the phone is called. Have tried restarting a few times but at a loss now. Any suggestions?

About Work Devices:
If this is a work phone, then you may not be permitted to make the changes. So, speak with the network administrator, as they likely are the one who manages these devices.

Hello, I would suggest resetting your network settings. To do this, go to Settings> General> Transfer or Reset iPhone> Reset > Reset Network Settings> Reset Network Settings (confirmation)

Thank you for your reply. I have followed your advice but still have no luck. When I call the phone and let it ring through to voicemail, the greeting is still from the former employee. I cannot seem to remove or change this.
