Do you have Wi-Fi turned on in Settings? Do you have any wi-fi networks in range of your device? You need to provide more information about your problem. What are you seeing on the screen in Settings. Can you provide a screenshot? What troubleshooting you tried? Have you looked at the troubleshooting steps in this support document?
