Missing iMovie library after Monterey upgrade

After upgrading to Monterey, I cannot locate my iMovie library. Upon opening iMovie, it created a new library, dated today, and all past projects are MIA. I've tried following this path: Go/Home/Library/Containers/com.apple.iMovieApp/Data/Library/Caches/iMovieBackups

but I get stuck at Containers, as there is not a folder labeled com.apple.iMovieApp within. Is there somewhere else to look to find the iMovie Backups?

If still no luck, look in your Movies folder, where normally your iMovie library would be stored, unless you moved it elsewhere.

Failing that, do a spotlight search for the library.

You could also restore the iMovie library fro a Time Machine backup if you have one.

The iMovie library, and the iMovie app, are not part of the operating system, so upgrading the OS should not cause the library to disappear.
