My beats will light up when charging but won't turn on.

My beats light up while plugged in to charge. But when I take them off the charger and try to turn them on, they won't light up or turn on.

Hey there, Jibarra09.

You could see if resetting your Beats may help them stay turned on to where you can use those again without any issues. This article shows how for multiple different Beats earphones: Reset your Beats earphones - Apple Support

You'll also want to ensure the firmware of your Beats are up-to-date as well. There is more information about that below, which is from this article: About Beats Updater - Apple Support

"Update your Beats wireless headphones or earphones

If you paired your Beats wireless headphones or earphones with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, your Beats will update automatically. Make sure that you have the latest version of iOS or iPadOS and one of these Beats products:

  • Powerbeats
  • Powerbeats Pro
  • Powerbeats3 Wireless
  • Solo Pro
  • Beats Solo3 Wireless
  • Beats Studio3 Wireless
  • BeatsX
  • Beats Flex
  • Beats Studio Buds
  • Beats Fit Pro

If you paired your Beats with an Android device, download the Beats app for Android to update your firmware.

Let us know if those steps help or if you've already tried those.

Take care.
