I need to cancel Apple TV and automatic renewal. I have never used this service and I do not recall ever ordering especially with auto renewal.

Users would need to sign up for this subscription service in order to get it. Subscriptions are user-initiated. It may have been a free trial offer, that would auto-renew after the trial, until canceled.
