What does "This invite cannot be viewed from this account" means?
“ This invite cannot be viewed from this account.” what does this mean?

It sounds to me like the other account may have an issue that isn't along the lines of Apple's requirements. I'm guessing here but maybe the account is set to a different country?
If you cannot find resolution with the article I suggest Apple may be able to help you troubleshoot this: Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support Select your country, then a product and work your way down the menu to the desired issue. If you don't see one then try a different product until you reach a telephone or chat help request and ask to be redirected.
