If by solution, what to do about the expired warranty, then you have a few options:

On the other hand, if you want to talk to Apple directly, you will need to contact Apple Support. To do so, simply select the "Get Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page.
New iPhones, purchased directly from Apple, come with a one-year limited warranty. If you purchased this iPhone from another source, that warranty may have already been expired and why you are seeing this message.
Are you saying this message just pops up randomly? Or are you clicking on Settings>general>coverage?
In any event, the warranty is expired and if your phone needs service, you will have to pay for that service.
