Apple TV App shows different resolution in a purchased movie

I have a Macbook Pro M1 Max with Monterey 12.4 and saw the movie specifics of one movie in my Apple TV App Library (I bought this movie a couple of years ago) as

R HD

When I search the movie in the Store, it shows

R 4K DolbyVision DolbyAtmos

and says that I can see the movie.

What is the reason for the difference and can this be corrected?

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.4

Did you buy it directly in the iTunes Store, or was it transferred from a digital copy code, or reciprocal service? Only direct purchases are eligible for the quality upgrade.

Did you download a copy? Downloaded files from the iTunes Store movies catalog are not in 4K.

Else contact the iTunes Store staff for assistance.

That might signify the age rating (‘Restricted’; 17+). Unrelated to resolution.
