iPhone X has activation lock

When you say “My iPhone X” where did you get this phone? It looks like you have a used phone that was not properly cleared by the previous owner. Unless the previous owner clears Activation Lock the phone will never be usable. Also, since the phone was erased, it is most likely a stolen phone.

Only the owner of the account used to lock it can remove the activation lock.
