I keep getting the message "You shut down your computer because of a problem" every time I start my MacAir. This is not true, I always shut down using the Shut Down option under the Apple icon in the top left corner.

How do I get rid of this message.

Do you then patiently permit the shutdown process to proceed to completion? See the first “Important” note here.
