App Store

So I recently tried to download an app. But get the message( your account has been deactivated on App Store and iTunes Store)

what can I do to fix this problem. I may think I know what caused this problem, but not quite sure.

iPhone XR, iOS 15

You can't fix it yourself. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open; if the link doesn't have an option for your country, use this form.
