airdrop

i am not able to open airdrop .

the icon is not responding and airdrop os not showing in general setting

iPhone 11, iOS 15

try checking Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps and checking that the switch for AirDrop is turned on

When I tried to airdrop it again it got stuck on “preparing…”. Airdrop stuck on Receiving Off recently, my Airdrop has stuck on “receiving off” and I’m unable to receive any file. even when I change it to “Everyone” and press “back” and return to the Airdrop page, it is still on “Receiving Off” .
