why I cant add may payment method? Card Visa(for Serbia? please help me, when I add all request, I cant finish that action.

If you're referring to your Apple ID, please read this support page: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support!

If you're referring to Apple Pay please be sure your card support Apple Pay. Please read this support page: If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay - Apple Support!
