Old issue, new issue, what changed?

Restart the Mac and test.

Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac

Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support

Try a different browser...?

If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn't working as ...

Is there an issue with your service provider..?

If in doubt contact there support and verify there is no server issue, which would be beyond your control.

Server issues typically get resolved in an expedited manner if customers are impacted.

You can do a hard restart by shutting down and re-powering up both Router and modem if applicable.

Brand new issue. I was browsing the internet using the Firefox browser. Everything was working fine. I tried to go back to a web page that I had viewed before and all of a sudden I get an error message that I had no internet connection. I looked at the wifi indicator at the top of the screen and it showed a gray wifi connection with a black exclamation point. Reconnected with my wifi router, same icon. Rebooted the Mac, the router, the Fios panel, etc. Same result. Everything else in the house with wifi is working fine, just a problem with the Mac. Ran wifi diagnostics. Apple blames it on the DHCP server and a crowded wifi channel. Says to call my internet service provider. What do I tell them, “Everything in my house is working except my Mac? Any suggestions?
