Can I restore deleted apps?
If I do a backup restore will it also show me or reinstall any apps that may have been downloaded during that time?

Re-downloading Apps After a Restore:
Sometimes, apps are removed form the App Store, and are never accessible again. So, once restored, then they may not come back. It all has to do with licensing between Apple and the Developer.
