Getting in touch with Apple about a feature that needs to be available in Canada,

Apparently Education pricing with monthly installments is only available to Americans.

I'm a student in Canada and was happy to see I can purchase a Mac on their website with monthly installments which made me super excited.

When I went to the Apple Education store website, the monthly pricing option wasn't there.

Does anybody have an email address which I can get in touch with to hopefully have Apple get this really simple and customer friendly feature in available in Canada?
