Can I add service to my iPad mini
Hi I was just wondering if I can add service to my iPad mini even if I bought it without have any cellular data

It depends on whether it is a Wi-Fi + cellular model or a Wi-Fi only model. If it is a Wi-Fi + cellular model it will have a SIM tray on the right side near the bottom -- see: Remove or switch the SIM card in your iPad - Apple Support
