Why can’t my Camera focus on far objects using normal photos and videos on iPhone Xs?

I have an iPhone Xs and it’s been less than a month since I started using it. It’s camera was totally okay before. It could take normal pictures and videos, could focus on far objects too but about 4-5 days ago I started noticing that my iPhone wasn’t focusing on far objects using the normal camera for photos and video/time lapse/ slow mo. The portrait one still works fine. Someone said that it maybe a software problem cause i have tried restarting my iPhone too. I have ios 15.5 on it and i dont know if it is software problem or no but please help me. I really need the camera because I am a student and a blogger and i need to take pics of notes, moments and other stuff!

(Just to mention that My phone didnt fall)

Hello rameen64,

For difficulties with your camera, you'll want to take the steps below:

Remove case, accessory, or film and test

1. Remove any case, accessory, or film that might block the camera or flash or that places a magnet near the camera.

2. Test the camera by trying to take a photo.

If you want to try more steps on your own

1. If the photo is blurry, clean the front and back camera lenses with a microfiber cloth. If you see dirt or debris inside the lens or if the camera lens appears to be misaligned or blocked, contact Apple Support to discuss service options.

2. Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
