Permanent Text Deletion

How do I permanently delete texts from my iPhone? I want it so nothing can be restored.

When you delete SMS, it is deleted permanently, unless you have backed it up prior (using iCloud or via Mac). You may turn off iCloud back-up for Messages if you prefer.
