How to edit custom labels in Contacts using the latest version of IOS?

Adding New Contact IOS 18.1.1 No Option For Phone Custom Label When I add a new contact in IOS 18.1, there is no option for a custom label in the phone label dropdown. My existing contacts have maintained the custom labels and when I edit them I get the custom label dropdown.

To my knowledge, there are no changes, after iOS 13.
