restore my data
my Phone erased everything including the passwords I’ve forgotten. I really need help getting them back
Then there is no place to restore the data from… You’ll have to start from scratch.

I can’t do that I have everything on there. I already cried too much.

You don’t have a choice.
If your data was not backed up or synced to the cloud, it’s gone. There is no place to restore it from.
