Screen share vs SharePlay

When I share my screen (not SharePlay) on FT does it share the audio from my app ( ie Netflix, YouTube, etc?) I know these apps don’t work with SharePlay yet.

Thanks in advance.

The short answer is no.

When you're sharing your screen, others won't be able to see content that requires a subscription, a free trial, or a purchase or rental to view.

KillerFocus. Your response is what I’ve already found from Apple on SharePlay.

I know you can screen share (mean the other person does not share control.) I assume this is like mirroring to your TV with AirPlay.

So, example. If I screen share a video from YouTube does the person I shared the screen with hear the audio direct from the app or through the microphone on my phone?
