iCloud has stopped responding on Windows 10

I want to selectively remove items from my iCloud, but I believe you are forced to sign in to iCloud.com on a web browser. When I do so, on either Edge or Firefox, I get the "stopped responding" error (as noted in other requests for support). I uninstalled the app, reinstalled it, and there was no change. Any other ideas?

Thanks for those additional details. So if the issue is not related to the internet connection, here's some additional steps you can try: Resolve issues between iCloud for Windows or iTunes and third-party security software


You can also check Apple's System Status page to see if they're currently having any issues with the iCloud website or service: System Status


If the iCloud website is still not working, you'd want to contact Apple to let them know of the current issues: Get Support

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. Depending on the items you're trying to remove, you may be able to do this directly from the device without having to log into the iCloud website.

As for the issue you're experiencing with the iCloud site no responding, if possible does this issue occur on multiple Wi-Fi networks? This can help rule out a possible network issue causing issues with accessing the site.
