Just recently all of my google internet searches show up on my girl friend’s IPAD, we both have the IPAD PRO, any help with what is causing this?

Sounds like you are sharing an Apple ID. Did you by any chance log in to her iPad using your Apple ID in Settings->Account(top of settings)?

That's why your Safari tabs are getting shared.

Stop sharing an Apple ID. Each person should have their own if you don't want things to get messy.
