Need to request a refund on several unauthorized purchases

Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com and authenticate. Once authenticated, select the Apple ID in question and find the charge posted to the account.

1. For "What can we help you with?", select "Request a refund"
2. Another dropdown will appear below for "Tell us More". You'll want to select what best matches your issue.
3. Click Next
4. Click on the subscription in question
5. Submit the Claim
6. Wait for it to be reviewed
