Outlook open and immediately crashes

Has anyone had this issue and are you able to resolve it.

I tried:

1 rebooting phone,

2 deleting and reinstalling app,

3 deleting app and reboot the phone and reinstall

can’t get outlook to open, it start to open then goes away.
