Hello , I have more than 600$ in my account , but now im facing problem that i can't purchase anything with it , what's the problem ?

Are you getting any error messages?

Do you want to buy Apps or hardware? You can only use Apple Account balance to buy Apps and software or pay for Apple Services. Check this article:

Yes i know , im already was buying something inside an app , right now can't work why , they told me visit apple.com/support/itunes/ww
