Can't transfer voice memos to PC

Hi, since upgrading to ios 15 and up, my voice memos won't show up in

iTunes or other programs (EaseUS MobiMover, 3uTools) on my PC (Windows

10). I've tried all kinds of fixes I could find on the web, to no available.

I could use some help, thanks.
