Can you share a app that was purchased on a IPhone with a Amazon tablet

No. Different operating systems means the iPhone app would not work on an Amazon tablet even it could be shared.
You can send a link to it, but they won't be able to download or run it.
The Amazon Tablet would need to get the App from its own App Store, so its designed and developed to work on the tablet.
