Apple Watch ask to update Iphone before pairing

I am trying to pair my Iphone 13 Mini (IOS 15.5) with my Apple Watch Series 3. While I am trying to pair, the process ask to update my Watch, but before doing that, it also request to update my Iphone, but it is already updated, and I can´t continue.
