My phone is disabled and I need to connect to iTunes. I made mistakes in entering my phone unlock password. But now I remember the password. Please help me unlock my phone so I can enter the correct password.

If you want anyone to help you, you're going to need to explain things a lot better.
What's not working for you? The link I posted? If that's the case, then use a web search engine end search for 'If you forgot your iPhone passcode', look for a result from Apple support.
If you are having trouble with following those instructions that are in the link, you will need to explain what you've tried and where it goes wrong.
