iCloud photos: how to delete photos from iCloud, but save it on my device?
I want to delete backuped photos from iCloud, but leave in on my devices. What should I do in order to do this?

actually there is no option to delete photos form iCloud while keeping them in Photos app.
What I advice to you is to transfer them to a pc or Mac: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support
