I am trying to send sms using my iPhone but it keeps showing message failed. I was trying this number but it is giving an error.
Anyone knows how to check message center number?

If you set the phone back to factory settings on your computer, iOS should also update the carrier settings for your new carrier.
In case iMessage does not work after that, the issue is on the side of the carrier and not Apple.

Yes, it was working perfectly fine before I ported my network to Airtel. The problem started when I inserted the new Airtel SIM.

Yes, I tried almost everything.
NOTHING has worked so far. I still see that red exclamation mark and message not delivered error.
Also, I inserted the same SIM to another Android and iPhone through which I was able to send both iMessage and Text message.
If I insert some other SIM to my iPhone I was able to send both iMessage and Text message to another number.
Basically, I am super confused on whom should I contact now? Apple Support or Carrier service...
I don't have any restrictions under Screen Time. I tried factory settings too but still it didn't work.

You should visit an Authorized Apple Service Provider next to your place and ask them to diagnose your iPhone.
Have you ever been able to send and receive text messages or iMessages on this iPhone to or from Android or other iPhones?
Any restrictions set up in the settings for screen time?
Did you set the phone back to factory settings on your computer, without using any backup, and see, if you can use iMessage?
