An Apple ID is an eMail address. So, it may be an eMail address that you used in the past. If you've only had a few, then it would be one of those.
I can’t remember the gmail account it shows the Iwatch is tied to. When attempting to pair to a new iPhone the watch requires a sign in to the activation lock. And the login info I used is four years old and I can’t remember it
