MacBook Pro 2021 M1 Max restarting instead of waking up

My MacBook Pro is sometimes restarting when I open the lid while it's sleeping. I suppose it's turning off on its own while sleeping, even though it's plugged in and the battery is at 100%.

This is happening quite often and macOS isn't showing any crashes or kernel panics. I've tried checking some logs and I only found a "ResetCounter-....diag" file with the following information:

{"bug_type":"115","timestamp":"2022-07-04 18:05:00.00 +0100","name":"Reset count","os_version":"macOS 12.4 (21F79)","incident_id":"0B16567F-3C0F-4584-9F99-17CAF1A61888"}
Incident Identifier: 0B16567F-3C0F-4584-9F99-17CAF1A61888
CrashReporter Key:   0DDC1835-44B3-ECE9-2763-B3096AFD7F1F
Date: 2022-07-04 18:05:00.85 +0100
Reset count: 0
Boot failure count: 1
Boot faults: btn_rst,finger_reset force_off
Boot stage: 64
Boot app: 0

I also tried to reboot and run the Apple Diagnostics, and it found no hardware issues.

Is there any other diagnostic tool that I can run to detect issues? Could this be caused by an application?

I would try SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies

Takes a bit longer to get to the login screen, does a quick disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, font cache, etc.

You could Login and test, or don't login and simply Reboot as normal to test.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc impacting the smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

This test will tell you if third party interference; extensions etc are not loaded in safe boot mode.
