Setting up a light timer

The only option for turning off lights is by a number of minutes or a maximum of 4 hours. How do I turn my lights off at a specific time?

There is no "add automation." So what is the correct answer to how to schedule lights? I added an outlet to my Apple HOme. I would like the light to turn on at specific times. I can't see any way to do that. The Apple help page gives instructions but they include a step that is just not there in the app, so what is the actual way to do it?

E.g., I can turn on the "light-2" when the "light-1" is on; it's possible to execute the action after n-seconds. I did not find a way to make a timer that: when the "light-2" is turned on wait n-seconds then turn off "light-1" is this possible?

End time for automation I would like to set my outside lights to come on at 5:00 an go off at 11:00. I can see how to turn it on at 5, but cannot figure out how to set end time. It will set to turn off, but only after four hours. My schedule calls for 6 hours.

If hours and minutes don’t work for you. Set up another automation, scene or shortcut to “ turn off” at your chosen time
