What do i do when i bought my iPhone on ebay and i don't know the passcode and the ID

Unfortunately your ONLY options are:
1) Have the previous owner remove the device from their account.
2) Enter the previous owner’s password.
3) Return it for a refund.
4) Use it as a paperweight.
5) Recycle responsibly.

You can try unlocking it, but I’m sure that this process will be very difficult. If possible you should try and return the device.

Return it if you can because you don’t want to be stuck with a stolen device.
The phone is worthless unless the original owner unlocks it. Return the phone for a refund.
