Having trouble while inserting my sim

Hey Apple comunity!

Here I have Iphone 13 pro max 148 GB.

I am facing trouble while try to insert my sim card. It shows me that sim card not supported from a service provider and contact a service provider for activation of sim card.

here i am going to attach the screenshot of the issue that i am facing.

kindly help me in this regard.

You need to have the phone unlocked by your current provider before trying to use a different sim card.
