Workout Heart Rate Not Shown

I ran 6.91 km this morning. But the fitness app told me that the heart rate data for the run is unavailable. " Chart Unavailable".

One week ago, it was the same. I ran a half marathon, also it said heart rate chart was unavailable for the run.

How can I make the fitness app to show the heart rate data for all my runs.

Thank you!

On your iPhone, go to Settings/Privacy/Motion & Fitness and check that both Fitness Tracking and Health are On.

Open your iPhone’s Watch app and go to Workout and make sure that Workout Power Saving Mode is Off.

Next, go to Privacy and check that both Heart Rate and Fitness Tracking are both On.

Finally, go to Passcode and check that Wrist Detection is On.

If any of these settings are incorrect, they will prevent your watch from reading your heart rate during a workout. Set them correctly, and test your watch again.

All your settings seem to be ok so I would suggest 2 things;

On your iPhone in the Apple Watch App

Tap My Watch.

Tap General

Tap Reset on the General screen.

Tap Reset Sync Data on the Reset screen you won't see anything to confirm it,it happens in the background.

Then restart your watch.

Turn on airplane mode then turn it off again.

And;

Turn the "workout power saving mode" off.

To turn off Workout Power Saving Mode,open the Apple Watch app on iPhone, tap My Watch, and then tap on Workout > Power Saving Mode.

Turn the switch off this turns the heart rate monitor back on.
