Can you use noise canceling on AirPods Max without playing music?
I’m thinking about buying the AirPods Max . Can you use noise cancelling without playing music?

Yes, it can, typically AirPods give the option to allow ambient noise or not, my experience with trying them on is that the noise-canceling feature will come on by default, and you can play music if you so desire.
