I need a new box to send in my MacBook Pro for repair.

I have a pending repair request for my MacBook Pro (16”)


I’m waiting for the box from you to send it in. It says it was delivered but it wasn’t, I’ve been checking every day! Can you please send me a new box so that I can send it in for repair?
