AirPod Pro Case

I got my AirPods around 2 years ago. Recently the case light will not turn on and won’t charge the AirPods unless plugged in. The case can be fully charged and still not work unless plugged in. What should I do?

Why does my AirPod case light does not turn on My AirPods and air pod case charge and connect fine, but my air pod case light does not show up when I’m charging it. I tried resetting it, but even the resetting light doesn’t turn on. When I look in settings my AirPod case shows up as charging or charged. Just the light doesnt turn on.

IF you do visit Genius Bar and get the case replaced, then also get the AirPods checked for charging/battery performance, etc.
