Monterey - Spotlight Search Doesn't Return Results With Folder Filter?

Not sure when this started but for some reason, my search results don't seem to work when I'm searching in something other than 'This Mac'

Any thoughts?

Try rebuilding the Spotlight index.

Spotlight Not Working Since Monterey was released Spotlight crashes on my MBP 2016. Apple advise this is a known issue and it means I can't search in Spotlight or Finder. Presumably they will release a 'fix' when they have one. Meanwhile any suggestions on how I can search for files other than by browsing through directories and sub directories? Thank you.

Finder/Spotlight finds nothing in home folder Hi all I’m having an issue with the Finder search feature on my new MacBook Pro (running Monterey). If I search for files on “This Mac” it finds everything (including results in my home folder) and works just like it should. However if I try to search just my home/user folder I always get empty results. I have re-indexed Spotlight but that didn’t help. Any ideas?

Finder search does not find existing folders/files I have an annoying issue with finder search - it does not find folders/files that surely exist. And when I make the "easy fix" to throw the folder in the Spotlight privacy tab and remove it (forcing re-indexing) I can use finder search for 10-15 mins and then it's useless again. How to fix this nonsense permatently? This simply can't continue, it's a basic tool/function. I'm using Monterey 12.6, but it doesn't seem to be tightly related to one specific software version.

I thought that I tried that via a command line but I guess not.
