If your phone is stolen you can try borrowing a friends phone or family members iPhone and either clicking onto the App( Find My IPhone) and if you remember or know your Apple ID and Password you can track and locate your iPhone that’s only if you previously tired on Find My IPhone on the stolen device if you are not able to do that then you will need to contact Apple Support for further guidence from them sent from iPhone SE 2nd Genaration
