Hello,

if you want to activate your Titanium Card, you can follow the instrcuctions here: Request and activate a titanium Apple Card - Apple Support

If you are referring to the Apple Card stored in Wallet it should not need activation after your application is accepted and you have completed the steps to apply for it.
