iCloud for Window app will not Maximize from the WIN 11 Pro Taskbar

When I download and install icloud for Windows (WIN 11 Pro) it downloads, installs and then seemingly execute. The issue is it opens on the WIN 11 taskbar, but won't MAXIMIZE so you can see/work with it. I have reinstalled twice, confirmed the postage stamp sized thumbnail thinks it is maximized. Looking for any solutions. It almost appears to be a defect in the iCloud for Windows App. The App was downloaded thru the Microsoft Store via the Apple Link.

Follow up, tried all as recommended; same result. Of note, iCloud for Windows does start up and run. The problem is that iCloud for Windows can only be seen thru the GUI Taskbar Thumbnail. It appears in a minimized icon and will not maximize for configuration. The minimized taskbar thumbnail icon "thinks it is maximized" as evidenced by the minimize/maximize/move/close options. Thus, you can not use the Windows iCloud" application, due to in-accessibility.

It's my belief the Apple iCloud For Windows application is flawed when trying to run on a Windows 11 Pro platform.

Specifically: Windows 11 Pro, Version 21H2, OS Build 22000.736

This needs to be escalated to Apples development team for review and reply.

Thank you
