You can upgrade your 5GB iCloud plan with an iCloud+ plan to get more storage and additional services. There are currently 50GB, 200GB, and 2TB plans. You can find the prices, based on your region, in this article iCloud+ plans and pricing - Apple Support


If you subscribe to an Apple One plan, other than iCloud+ you get other services like Apple Music, Apple Fitness+, Apple TV+, and Apple Arcade. Find all the details in this other article Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support
